Need to know

• Some attractions may require a reservation. You can find out which ones need to be booked in advance by visiting the reservation page of each city on the Go City app. Just remember, if you need to make a booking to visit an attraction, your pass must be valid on the day that you visit.
• You can visit each attraction once daily for your chosen pass.
• The HOHO bus access is only available for 1 day irrespective of the validity option you choose for the city card.

How to use

• Download the Go City app.
• Use your order confirmation number to add your pass to your smartphone via the app.
• You can also print your pass at home using the link in your confirmation email. You can also show this version of your pass on your phone.
• Find all information about the venues and tours. Get access to pre-recorded commentary, suggested itineraries, a handy map, and more, available at your fingertips!
• Your pass will automatically get activated when you use your pass to enter for entering the first attraction on the list.

Validity

• Before Activation: Valid for 2 years from the date of purchase.
• After Activation: Your pass is activated as soon as you visit your 1st attraction and is valid for the number of calendar days (not 24-hour periods) selected. For example, if you select a 3-day pass and visit an attraction on Monday afternoon, your pass is valid for the remainder of Monday and 2 additional days of your choosing."
