  • Guests shorter than 135cm or taller than 200cm, weighing less than 30kg or over 120kg are restricted from participating in this experience.
  • The Glass Slide experience is no longer included in Sky Views Observatory tickets. It will be charged at AED 25 per ride, payable at the attraction’s counter or on level 53. Tickets bought before April 1, 2024, will still include the slide experience.

Cancellation policy

  • These tickets can’t be cancelled or rescheduled.
