Need to know

  • Tip: The sunset hours between 6:30pm and 7pm are the best time to visit the top floors of the Burj.
  • The Burj Khalifa is wheelchair accessible.
  • Expect a considerable wait time as you stand in the ticketing queue as well as the elevator queue, especially during peak hours and weekends.
  • It is recommended to check the weather forecast to ensure that you make the most of the observation decks.
  • You can enter only at the time slot you choose during checkout. Once inside, you can stay for as long as you like. Typically, tourists spend an average of 40 minutes at the observatory.
  • Burj Khalifa’s prime hours are from 3pm to 6:30pm.
  • While Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo is mostly wheelchair and stroller accessible, some experiences like the penguin and ray encounter are not accessible.
  • Children under 15 years of age must be accompanied by an adult at the Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo.
